Happiness at work place is a rare situation. As it says in the article there is only 50 % of Americans happy with the job they do. As for me, I'm absolutely not happy at work. Most of the time it makes me depressed, but knowing that I have to pay my bills and survive here on my own leave me no choice for now. I'm a bartender and my job use to make happy because the money was great and I met a lot of people there. I'm stock with that job for a while now and coming to a sad conclusion that I don't have any inner fulfillment.Some times I want to quit right on spot in the middle of the shift, but always stop my self because I'm acting while being in my hot state and will regret it tomorrow. Even though,it says in the article that we shouldn't set lower standards for ourselves when our own happiness-is at stake, but I do believe in a long term goals.So at the moment, I'm going to have to lose in order to win later.
That's why today I'm going to college to get my education and do what I love to do for living- photography. This way I predict that my level of happiness will increase and there will be no mistake in that prediction. I know that for sure.
